Our Story

Anugal, by Business Core Solutions, began with a recurring realization inside large enterprises: identity governance wasn’t failing because of missing policies, it was failing because nothing was truly connected.

Access was distributed across SAP landscapes, cloud platforms, SaaS tools, custom applications, vendors, service accounts, and machines. Each system operated with its own rules and workflows. Integrations were fragile, incomplete, or entirely absent. Long-tail and custom applications were governed manually, and in many cases governance existed only on paper as execution stopped at system boundaries.

Over a Decade of working inside business-critical environments at Business Core Solutions (BCS), teams were embedded in ERP, security, and regulatory programs where this fragmentation surfaced repeatedly. As roles evolved, systems were added, and responsibilities shifted, access changed continuously. Yet governance relied on spreadsheets, static workflows, and periodic audits to reconcile environments that were never designed to work together.

It became clear that static automation was not enough. Enterprises needed governance that could observe change, understand context, and act across systems without constant human intervention.

Launched in 2024, Anugal was built to address this disconnect.

Designed as an orchestration fabric powered by agentic AI, Anugal coordinates identity actions across systems as they exist in production. This insight shaped Anugal’s approach where intelligence is embedded into the orchestration layer, continuously interpreting identity signals, integration events, and risk conditions to drive timely action.

The Principle Behind Anugal

Governance aligns to the enterprise operating model

Systems are governed as they exist in production

Identity actions are orchestrated across the enterprise landscape

Operational continuity is preserved by design

Deliver incremental value without rip-and-replace programs

Our Values

Founder’s message

Prakash Palani, Business Core Solutions

"Anugal exists because identity governance became harder than it should be.

Across enterprises, we saw hesitation not due to lack of intent, but due to the effort involved. IGA platforms were complex to implement, expensive to sustain, and difficult to operate once live. Over time, routine changes such as adding applications, adjusting roles, or responding to audits increased operational effort instead of reducing it.

We built Anugal to change this, as identity governance should be easy to start, easy to extend, and practical to operate over time.

Anugal supports phased adoption, low-effort configuration, and stable day-to-day operations without ongoing dependency. The focus is not only faster implementation, but sustained simplicity so governance remains manageable as systems, users, and compliance needs evolve."

Built for Enterprises, Globally

We built Anugal for organizations operating in complex, regulated, and hybrid enterprise environments where identity, access, and compliance intersect every day.

Since its launch in 2024, Anugal has been designed to support enterprises across industries and geographies, with teams operating across India, Australia, the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. This global footprint allows us to understand regional regulatory requirements, operational realities, and enterprise-scale challenges firsthand.

More importantly, we built Anugal to scale with the enterprise. As environments grow more distributed, systems become more interconnected, and governance expectations evolve, the platform adapts.
